Parent Councils are a way for schools to encourage more parents to get involved in school life by acting as:
- A channel for opinions
- An opportunity to support the development of the curriculum
- A sounding board for the school and a forum for open discussion
- A means of gathering parental views
- An opportunity to ask questions and receive information from teh school on specific issues raised by parents
- A way to promote community links
Meetings are open to all parents and are held once a term (3 times a year)
For further information or suggestions for the agenda, please contact your class rep or email parent.council@bridge.kent.sch.uk
