There have been a number of children who have competed in Rhythmic Gymnastics competitions recently, against high level opposition from clubs invited from throughout the UK. They have achieved gold and silver medals for their efforts. Here is a list of the children and their achievements:
Martha (Y5) - Gold, U10s Hoop Routine (Level 1)
Iris (Y3) & Evie (Y5) - Gold, Group Hoop Routine (Level 1)
Lucy (Y6) & Ariadne (Y5) - Silver, Group Hoop Routine (Level 1)
Isobel (Y6) - Gold, Free Routine (Level 2)
Martha (Y5) : "I really enjoy competing in Rhythmic Gymnastic competitions. The training is hard work, but worth it when you get a podium place."
Iris (Y3): "This was my first gymnastics competition and I was very proud of our group winning a gold medal."
