On Monday 21st March, 10 children from Years 5 & 6, went to a sports festival held by St Edmund’s. The children benefited from taking part in lots of different hockey-related activities led by coaches from Canterbury Hockey Club and Sports Leaders from St Edmund’s school. They were treated to a tasty lunch and then played in a tournament in the afternoon in which they came 4th.

Well done to all the children for fully immersing themselves in the activities and for using the skills they had learned when playing in the tournament.

”It was great fun and we had a fabulous time!” (Renee - Y6)

”The skills learnt in the morning helped us in the afternoon.” (Lilly-Ella - Y6)
