The Kent Test will take place on Thursday 10th September for children who have been registered to sit the assessment.
The test is used by Kent grammar schools as part of their admissions process and assesses children's reasoning, English and mathematics skills. Children who are taking the test will complete the assessments during the normal school day in a calm, familiar environment.
Our staff work hard to ensure that pupils feel relaxed and well supported throughout the day. We encourage children to simply do their best and remind them that the test is just one part of the secondary school admissions process.
Children should arrive at school on time, having had a good night's sleep and a healthy breakfast. Please ensure your child brings a named water bottle.
If you have any questions about the arrangements for the Kent Test, please contact the school office.
