Last week, Year 2 children visited St Peter's Church in Bridge to look at the beautiful stained glass windows as part of their RE learning around Creation. They learnt that stained glass was used to give churches privacy for prayer as well as helping people who were unable to read enjoy Bible stories. The children looked for evidence of things Christians believe God created in the windows, before Buffy, a stained glass window designer from Canterbury Cathedral visited us later in the week to help the children design their own stained glass window.
