This week, Year 5 have visited The Pig for our final sessions of the year as part of their Adopt a School programme. The children made their own vegetable pizzas in their Garden Oven. They learnt how to shape the dough before choosing what toppings they wanted to add on. After a quick fire over the flames, the children then tucked into their homemade pizzas. After this, we went for a walk around the garden and saw lots vegetables we had used on our pizzas growing. This children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and have learnt lots of culinary skills from Andy and his team across our sessions with The Pig this year. We thank them for their continued support!
